Sleeping up to eleven people in four bedrooms, this superb property is in the village of Hetton near Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Norton View Farm is a detached property in the Dales village of Hetton. The accommodation here is well-suited for family and friends, with two king-size doubles, both with en-suites, a twin room and a further twin room with two extra stacker beds. The twin rooms are served by a modern bathroom, and there is an additional basin and WC downstairs. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar, there is a dining room, a utility and boot room, a sitting room and a snug with a sofabed. Outside are lovely gardens with a private hot tub, and there is off road and roadside parking for up to six cars. With walking from the doorstep and the Dales waiting to be discovered, Norton View Farm is a wonderful year-round base.

Underfloor heating from ground source heating system, recently installed whole house clean air system, additional electric heater in sitting room and dining room. Electric Rangemaster AGA, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, 2nd fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 42" TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Croquet set for guests to use on the lawn. Off road parking for 4 cars. Adjacent roadside parking for 2 cars. Spacious gardens, patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub ( Towels provided by Owner). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 4 miles, gastropub 150 metres. Note: Check-in time is 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Amazing views and a very comfortable property in all respects, it was well equipped and nice and cosy. The hot tub was fabulous, especially after a long walk. There was lots of space for us all.
