Outside is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage and an enclosed patio garden with furniture. With accommodation for up to five, Woodlands is a wonderful retreat for your Cumbrian getaway.

Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with FreeSat and one with Freeview), WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed patio garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 3.5 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Due to low beams in the property, care should be taken.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We were delighted with the house when we arrived and staying there for a few days was a pleasure. We met the owners and they were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The house is situated in a very quiet country setting with a very small village shop there to supply the emergency butter or milk. It was a short car journey to the shops in Ulverston/Croftlands. The standard of cleanliness was fantastic and a big bonus for us was that they allowed the dog to stay (downstairs only). We will definitely stay here again!
