Also in the apartment is a kitchen diner, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed patio with furniture and secure, lockable bike storage. Situated in the Lake District, Church View is a lovely family holiday home all year round.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:Excellent accommodation in a good location with nice cafes, shops and restaurants locally. Took walks along the promenade. It was a very reasonable price.

,The apartment was spotless and well equipped, and all in our party were totally impressed. It is also very central to all the towns and villages in the area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in and around Grange-over-Sands and it is such a beautiful place to visit.
