This wing to a large detached house is situated on the edge of the village of Gargrave in the Yorkshire Dales and sleeps four people in three bedrooms. Beech House is a luxury wing to a large detached house set on the outskirts of the village of Gargrave, five miles from Skipton. This cottage, set over three floors sleeps four people in three bedrooms, consisting of one second floor double with en-suite shower, one first floor double and one first floor twin, as well as a bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, comfy seating and a woodburning stove, as well as a separate sitting room. Outside there's off road parking for one car, roadside parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Beech House is a superb base for a family with lots to see and do in the area.

Electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridges, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove on an honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus roadside parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
