A lovely cottage over three floors, sleeping four people in two bedrooms.  Chestnut is a lovely cottage spread over three floors. With two en-suite bedrooms, a second floor king-size double and a ground floor twin, it sleeps four people comfortably. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is a private garden area and off road parking. Chestnut can be booked with two other cottages on site, and together they make a great touring base for larger parties.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio area with furniture and BBQ. Wrap round balcony. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Community shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The property has access on both ground floor and first floor level, via external wooden steps.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage is a fantastic resource in a truly amazing area. Some great places to visit and a home from home to return to at the end of the day. The lower bathroom is straight out of a magazine!
