With five bedrooms including two doubles (one on the ground floor with an en-suite) and three twins, this cottage can sleep up to ten people. There's also a family bathroom and a separate shower room, along with an open plan living area consisting of a kitchen with small breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside, there is ample off road parking plus a patio garden with furniture and shared use of courtyard patio with furniture and BBQ. There are wonderful walks to be enjoyed across the estate's grounds, and guests also have access to fantastic facilities including a swimming pool, children's play area and fishing lake. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:The cottage was very cosy, warm and well equipped. There was plenty of room for 10 people. We all enjoyed the grounds, walks and indoor swimming pool. The staff were friendly, helpful and on hand if you required any assistance but not intrusive.
