This semi-detached cottage is located near to Cartmel and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Byre is a semi-detached cottage in a rural location just two miles from Cartmel in the southern part of the Lake District. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. It also contains a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking and a patio area with outdoor furniture. Perfect for discovering the Cumbrian coast and the Lake District National Park, The Byre is a lovely romantic retreat in Cumbria.

Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:In a very peaceful location within easy reach of the Lake Districts popular towns. We have a dog so the walled and enclosed garden was particularly good for us. It was ideal for 2 people and a dog. There were good leaflets in the property for where to visit and details of local pubs/restaurants for evening meals, that were not too far away. Definitely worth a look as a cottage accommodation.
