The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:The cottage was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The views from the cottage were superb. It was excellent for long walks and peaceful surroundings. The owners were friendly and welcoming and welcoming of our dogs. The enclosed garden with its own parking was great as the dogs were safe to sit out in the garden.
,A lovely holiday for lots of walks and it was a peaceful area to relax in. The cottage is fantastic, the owners had thought of everything you would need whilst you are there. It is very clean and furnished to a high standard. The log burner is a lovely addition to the cottage. The garden is enclosed which was perfect for our two dogs and was big enough for them to have a good run around.

,The Cottage was very cosy and extremely clean. It was in a great location. Being in the heart of Cumbria and being able to leave the car parked up for the week was a bonus and there was lots of walks from the cottage.
