This delightful, end-terrace cottage in Cartmel can sleep seven people in three bedrooms.  Wharton Cottage is a wonderful, end-terrace cottage in the heart of Cartmel, within one mile of Lake Windermere. The cottage offers three lovely bedrooms, including two double rooms, a family room with one double, and one single bed, a family bathroom, and a ground floor shower room. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room featuring a Rayburn range, a sitting room housing a gas stove. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with a patio and parking in a local car park, for which the owner will provide a permit. Wharton Cottage is the perfect base for friends and families uncovering the delights of the Lake District, at any time of year!

Gas central heating with gas stove and Rayburn stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, phone (incoming calls only). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Parking permit for 1 car in car park 3 mins walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 min walk. Note: Property has a number of internal steps and narrow doorways, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A fantastic week in a beautiful Cottage. It was in a very central position in the village with all mod cons! It was a true home from home.
