One ground floor family bedroom with 2 king-size doubles (zip/link, can be 4 singles or 1 double and 2 singles on request). Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with door to Juliet balcony.

This upside down property is on a working farm near Newbiggin on Lune and sleeps four people in one bedroom. Hayloft Cottage is an upside down cottage on a working farm in Newbiggin-on-Lune. There is one ground floor bedroom which can be offered with two king-size doubles, a double and two singles or four singles. The bathroom is on the ground floor too. Upstairs is an open plan living area. Outside is off road parking, a patio and shared grounds with play area. Hayloft Cottage is a good base for trekking up the fells or exploring the Dales or Lakes.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Lovely cottage with fabulous views and walks on the doorstep. Easy access to the lakes and the M6 making it an excellent base for exploring the area.
