This semi detached cottage is located in the village of Broughton-in-Furness and sleeps seven people in four bedrooms. Gorse Bank is a semi detached cottage close to the centre of the Lake District village of Broughton-in-Furness, just six miles from Coniston Water. The cottage has two double bedrooms, one twin room, one single room and two family shower rooms, making it suitable for seven people. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburner as well as a summer room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Set in a peaceful part of the Lake District, Gorse Bank is a wonderful family cottage for a year round holiday.

Gas oven, 7-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 5 x TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, extra fuel for stove can be arranged with owner. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking available. Lawned garden to rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Access to lawned garden is via approx 5 ascending steps.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
