This delightful property is full of original features and plenty of character and has just one double bedroom and a single futon suitable for a child, so is best suited to a couple or a young family. This grade II listed building - a pretty stone and slate structure – is situated on the owner's working farm on the edge of the village of Mickleton. This property was once the gardener's cottage though the property has undergone a tasteful and imaginative conversion since. The cottage now provides very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with a number of character features such as sloping ceilings and exposed timber beams. There is also and open-plan living area which incorporates a kitchen, dining table and sitting area which also has an electric coal effect fire. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
