This brick-built former farm building is situated on the outskirts of the village of Bispham Green and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Barn Owl Cottage is a brick-built former farm building on the owners' arable farm on the edge of the village of Bispham Green, ten miles from Southport. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms consisting of one ground floor twin and one double with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, this cottage has a small patio with furniture and BBQ and off road parking for 2 cars. BarnOwl Cottage is ideal for a small family who wish to explore the area and visit the many attractions on offer. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A lovely property run by a very nice family who made you feel very welcome indeed. There were chickens running round outside the front door, horses stabled next door and we watched the hay being brought in from harvest. Would recommend this property to anyone and may well come back and stay again in the future. Thank you to the owners for a great week.
