This semi-detached cottage is set on the outskirts of the village of Beckermet, close to the seaside resort of St Bees in the Lake District and sleeps nine people in three bedrooms. Longcliffe is a semi-detached cottage situated on the edge of the village of Beckermet, close to Whitehaven in the Lake District. This cottage sleeps up to nine people and has three bedrooms, consisting of three family sized bedrooms as well as a ground floor family bathroom and a family shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a summer room. Outside the cottage there is a large enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ, and off road parking for 3 cars. Longcliffe is close to many attractions, which will suit all tastes all year round.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, maps and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Three cots, two highchairs and stairgates available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shed for bike storage. Large enclosed lawned garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Grazing for horses by arrangement with owner. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The front and back doors have grab rails fitted and the ground floor bathroom has grab rails and a shower seat. Note: Max 7 adults, and 2 children due to the children's bunk beds. Note: 4pm arrival.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Longcliffe is a lovely comfortable cottage, generously provisioned with everything we needed. It was well stocked, nicely decorated and very welcoming. The garden was beautiful, well kept, neat and tidy and really secure - believe me, my little dog would have found any breaks in the perimeter if there were any! The location is very quiet with wonderful views; a sea view at one side and mountain views at another. Everything is well cared for and maintained and a real credit to the owners.

,The garden was particularly stunning and we enjoyed sitting out in it. But the whole property was fantastic and really did make you feel as though you were living in a home rather than a holiday let. Furnishings were comfortable, clean and ample for a larger party than we had (4 adults). All round a fantastic break. The owner was most helpful with any questions we had.
