This cottage is located on the edge of the town of Appleby-in-Westmorland and can sleep seven people in three bedrooms. Holly Lodge is a cottage on the edge of the town of Appleby-in-Westmorland just fourteen miles from Penrith. The cottage sleeps seven people in three bedrooms and has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with three single beds together with family bathroom and separate shower room. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Situated close to the Pennine range, Holly Lodge is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this delightful part of the country.

Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Pond in shared garden, care should be taken. Note: Kitchen has fully accessible height-adjustable work surfaces. Note: Visit England 4 Star Gold and National Accessible Scheme rates of M2, H2 and V1. Fully suitable for those with limited mobility and wheelchair users as well as those with hearing and visual problems. Please contact owner for more information. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
