Set over the first and second floors, this cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one second floor twin with an en-suite bathroom, and a single, as well as a first floor shower room. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen, a first floor sitting room with dining area and a ground floor entrance hall. Outside there is off road parking for one car and shared lawned grounds with furniture and barbecue. Mill Apartment is a lovely base for a family or group of friends who wish to get-away-from-it-all and enjoy a holiday in beautiful countryside.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned grounds with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 5 mins walk, pub 1.2 miles. Note: Second floor bedrooms are built into the eaves with some restricted headroom. Note: Check-in 5pm, check-out 11am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A beautiful setting, hearing the sound of the river from the apartment gave a feeling of peace and tranquillity on arrival. The holiday was a well needed break and the setting, with access to the Pennine Way enabled us to relax and walk in the beautiful countryside. The opportunity to access the garden and the riverside walk was an unexpected bonus.
