This semi-detached barn conversion is located near to Wigton in Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Piggery Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion cottage located on a working farm near to Wigton on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one room with bunks and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a front patio with outdoor furniture. Centrally located for discovering the northern Lake District and the Solway coast, Piggery Cottage is a lovely family holiday home all year round.

Electric underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine (use of tumble dryer in garden shed), dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Front patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The stairs are open tread, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times due to resident farm animals.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
