This spacious detached house can sleep ten people in five bedrooms and is situated in the small village of Gilcrux in west Cumbria. Firth House is a spacious detached house located in the small village of Gilcrux near Wigton in Cumbria, and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. There are three double bedrooms, one twin and one family room with two double beds. All of the bedrooms offer en-suite facilties except the twin and one double which have Jack-and-Jill access to a separate shower room. In addition there is a family bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a ground floor cloakroom. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a dining area, and there are two sitting rooms as well as a sun room. Outside there is ample off road parking and lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Firth House is an ideal base for large families and friends to explore all that the area has to offer.

Range cooker with electric double oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Front and rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen, or similar. Note: There are 13 steps leading to the raised garden area. Note: Due to the balcony off the landing and open landing walkway, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
