This semi-detached cottage is close to the village of Bassenthwaite near to Keswick and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Pembroke Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated close to the village of Bassenthwaite just eight miles from Keswick in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms as well as family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a shared garden. Pembroke Cottage is a superb base from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden 50 yards from cottage. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5.7 miles. Note: As cottage is on a working farm with sheep, cows and many chickens running around, dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the property. Note: From the hallway, there are four steps down to the bedrooms and seven steps up to the first floor living area.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
