This outstanding terraced cottage is next door to the owners' home and is located off the village green in the centre of Allonby and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. 

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD/CD, radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking in lane next to cottage. Front patio with furniture. Children's playground at rear of property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The property is a credit to the owners who are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. One of the best we have stayed in; so well equipped and very clean. Excellent location, lovely views and plenty of flat walking. Well recommended.

,The cottage is well presented, spacious and the beds are comfortable. Everything you will need seems to be there! It is a great base by the sea and is good for exploring the Lake District as well as the Scottish Borders.

,It was nicely placed for sightseeing and in proximity to the beach for walks, visiting coastal villages and towns and trips into the lakes. The cottage was nice to relax in and chill in of an evening to watch TV.
