This second floor apartment is in the village of Sandgate near Folkestone in Kent and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Eaves is a second floor apartment in the village of Sandgate near Folkestone in Kent. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of two double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is limited roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and the beach is across the road. The Eaves is a fantastic beachfront apartment with stunning views for a family or group of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radios, WiFi, selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is a residents parking scheme in operation, allowing two hours free parking and is free from 4pm to 10am. There is also free parking along the nearby esplanade which would require a 5-10 minute walk back to the property once parked. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub/restaurant 1 min walk. Beach across road. Note: Narrow opening between basin and bath. Note: One double accessed from one side only. Note: There are sloping ceilings in all rooms. Note: Due to the steep stairs leading to the apartment, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This property does not accept guests under the age of 14.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
