Also in the property is a kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and a spacious dining area, a first floor sitting room with a 4K Smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon as well as a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a south facing garden with patio area, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. St Davids is a ten minute walk along the sea front to the town of Yarmouth and makes a wonderful base for your holiday on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Note: Beds are hotel grade and are higher than domestic beds. Note: If more than one infant is staying then additional travel cots need to be brought for every additional infant. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
