The flat can sleep two people in one double bedroom. The rest of the flat is made up of a bathroom, kitchen and an open plan sitting room with dining area. There is easy access to the beach and local amenities with parking available in the public car park, with parking permits provided available to purchase. Set in a wonderful coastal area, The Studio is a great property to enjoy at any time of the year and provides an ideal base for two people.

Electric wall-mounted radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of games and DVDs. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free roadside parking available on road on which the property is accessed. Parking also available in pay and display public car park less than two mins walk, daily and weekly parking permits are available to purchase and entitle the holder to park in nearly all the council car parks on the island. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: There are three steps in the bathroom. Note: Property is accessed via external metal steps at the back of the property and then an internal staircase. Note: Check-in time after 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
