The cottage has one double bedroom on the first floor, while the rest of the accommodation is found downstairs. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, including in the shower room, and the open plan living space which includes a kitchen, a dining area and sitting area in the conservatory. Outside, the private gravelled area has a table and chairs, a barbecue and beautiful coastal views of the English Channel. There is off road parking for two cars and the beach is just a five minute walk away. A perfect holiday home for couples.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Fisherman's Cottage and the surroundings were perfect for us. We were right next to the coastal footpath and the two small beaches were ideal. The Cottage was not too big, just nice and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay very much. We love the Isle of Wight and what it has to offer and it was made even better with the accommodation we had.

,The cottage is situated in the most picturesque environment, looking across a field to the sea. The coastal path is right on the doorstep, perfect for walking and exploring. The peace, tranquillity and beauty of the area is priceless. The cottage was absolutely fine for us, the outdoor area with barbecue is a bonus. Sitting with a glass of something ice cold watching passing boats and ships adds to this relaxing little retreat. We would highly recommended.
