This detached timber clad barn conversion is situated one mile from Kingsland and close to Leominster and sleeps two people. Painter's Cottage is a lovely detached timber clad barn conversion in the grounds of the owner's home, a mile from the village of Kingsland and 3.5 miles from the town of Leominster. This cottage sleeps two people in a zip/link super king-size double bedroom, and there's also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden with furniture. Painter's Cottage is a charming base for a couple with many attractions nearby.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lockable bike storage on request. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Owner can provide painting tuition by prior arrangement and at an additional charge. Note: The cottage is situated next to the B4360, some traffic noise can be heard. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Adults only, no children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
