The area surrounding the little village of Canon Pyon is rich in natural beauty, heritage and history. The Coach House is a wonderful holiday home for a romantic break or a relaxing family holiday. The property is a 19th century brick-built detached barn conversion, which is situated in the grounds of the owner's home in Canon Pyon. The Coach House offers comfortable and spacious holiday living decorated and furnished in contemporary style, including three bedrooms, one of which is a kingsize double, and an open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen and dining and sitting areas. The master bedroom has pleasant views of the lawned garden, which is a great place in which to relax after spending your day discovering this delightful county.

Oil central heating. Electric oven & hob, fridge, washing machine (on 1st floor landing), TV, video, DVD, 2 x CD players. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared lawned garden (guests have own allocated area) with garden furniture & BBQ. One dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property is situated close to the A4110.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was one of the best places we have stayed. There was a wonderful garden for the dog which was very safe and had plenty of space. We could make use of it and the lovely garden furniture as freely as we wished. The owner was very helpful and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. We can highly recommend it.
