This lovely detached cottage is located near the village of Hay-on-Wye and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.  Yew Tree Cottage is a lovely cottage near the village of Hay-on-Wye on the Welsh/English border. The cottage sleeps three people in one double bedroom and one single and a family bathroom with separate shower. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden and patio with furniture. Situated on the River Wye, Yew Tree Cottage is a lovely holiday cottage from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, side raised lawned garden, plus front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: There is a small step up into the bathroom. Note: There is a low door to the double bedroom. Note: Cottage accessed down three steps and there's a drop from the patio to a lawned path. Note: Water is from an underground spring and goes through two filter systems and a purification system before it can be used.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

It is a glorious cottage with glorious views and a peaceful environment. We loved every moment and would have no hesitation in returning. A delightful home from home. It was beautifully clean - a real winner!
