This wonderful, detached cottage is located in the town of Chandler's Ford and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Dovedale is a detached cottage in the town of Chandler's Ford close to Eastleigh. The cottage sleeps five people and has one super-king size double bedroom which can be made into a twin room on request, a second double room, a single plus a shower room. There is a separate basin and WC on the ground floor, as well as a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Situated close to Southampton, Dovedale is a lovely family cottage to visit at any time of the year.

Gas central heating. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Please let the owner know if you would like the master bedroom made up as a double or a twin, at least seven days prior to your arrival.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
