11 Jubilee Cottages is an end-terrace Victorian coastal cottage, a five minute walk from the bustling seaport town of Cowes on the Isle of Wight.  11 Jubilee Cottages is an end-terrace Victorian coastal cottage, a five minute walk from the bustling seaport town of Cowes on the Isle of Wight and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The front door opens into the cosy sitting room with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, which leads through into a dining room with doors opening out into the patio garden. The galley kitchen is well-equipped with everything you should need for your self-catering holiday. On the first floor there are two bedrooms sharing a family shower room, with a second flight of stairs leading to a further king-size double bedroom which also has a single day bed. There is a further bathroom on the ground floor. Outside there is a patio garden and roadside parking on a first come, first served basis.11 Jubilee Cottages cottage is perfectly located for year round enjoyment.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview (one Smart), WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Free non-restricted parking zone 10 metres from the property. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurant 3 mins walk. Cowes Esplanade 10 mins walk. Note: The main staircase is steep so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Maximum occupancy 6.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
