The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:The property is perfectly situated on the scenic route with views of the ocean, within minutes of all the lovely beaches. The house itself is spectacular, home from home, with all amenities supplied. A better than average stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and incredibly warm and homely. The decking provided a perfect area to relax in the sunshine, and the log burner provided the cosiest evenings.
As holiday accommodation goes we would rate this as a 5 star or higher than average expectation. We would most definitely stay here again.

,A truly fabulous property, it was clean and fresh. The views and location were amazing and the beaches are breathtaking, there were no people and they looked tropical!
