It can sleep four people and has a ground floor double bedroom, a mezzanine eaves twin bedroom, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, undercover bike storage, a private patio with furniture and a barbecue and a shared lawned area with BBQ hut. Croft Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Electric night storage heaters. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Undercover bike storage. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared lawned area with BBQ hut. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: There is a spiral staircase in the living area leading to the mezzanine bedroom, may not be suitable for children or those with limited mobility. Note: Restricted head height due to sloping ceilings in the twin bedroom. Note: Although the property is pet free, the owner has a dog.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,This is a lovely barn conversion in a quiet, picturesque location, but still close to enough attractions or attractive places to fill a weeks holiday. The owners are close by and friendly and eager to make sure that their visitors are comfortable. There is adequate parking and seating outside to enjoy the sunshine.
