This wonderful semi-detached cottage in a courtyard location is situated close to Weymouth and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Casterbridge is a quality semi-detached cottage, one of five on-site in a courtyard setting, on the edge of Upwey near Weymouth. This superb holiday home is set mostly on the ground floor and has two zip/link king-size doubles, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a first floor king-size double with en-suite. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture and shared use of a hillside garden with picnic benches. Casterbridge is an excellent base at whatever time of year that you wish to stay.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x Smart TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture, plus shared hillside garden with picnic benches. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 3.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst outside, and nearby kennels available to rent by arrangement with owner. Note: Sloping ceiling in first floor bedroom.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Superb location! An idyllic village with numerous footpaths to explore the local countryside. The perfect base to explore the Dorset coast and surrounding attractions. Casterbridge offered perfect accommodation for our family. The design and cleanliness was of a very high standard and the owner/manager provided excellent support when needed.
