There is an eaves double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor single bedroom (with an additional folding bed on request), a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a dining area and there is also a study. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a raised lawned garden with furniture. The Old Dairy is a lovely base for your well-deserved holiday.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car with additional parking for 1 car in private lay-by adjacent to the cottage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Steep cottage stairs, may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A fantastic cottage which more then lived up to its blurb. Dewlish is a place to turn up, switch off and soak in real country living for a week or six. To be surrounded by real working farms and people is a real tonic from the rat race and The Old Dairy fits in perfectly with this. We really did not want to leave.

,We loved the peace and tranquillity of The Old Dairy. Lovely quiet village with almost no traffic, just tractors. Only Farm and birdlife sounds and within easy reach of coast. Wonderful just wonderful.

,A beautiful olde worlde cottage with plenty of storage space, deceptively so in the kitchen. It is well placed to explore the Jurassic coast and also inland. Would recommend this cottage for a family of three. Just perfect.
