This pet friendly self contained wing of a Grade ll Listed 18th century house sleeps 4 people and is located in the village of Templecombe in Somerset just a short distance from the towns of Sherborne and Shaftesbury as well as the south coast. Hill House Cottage is located near to Templecombe village centre in Somerset, and has been created from a delightful self-contained wing of a Grade ll Listed early 18th century house. The cottage has been restored and refurbished by the owners to a superb standard, and successfully blends traditional charm with all the modern fixtures and fittings. Character features include exposed stonework, flagstone floors, and a welcoming woodburning stove in the sitting room. The accommodation includes two bedrooms; contemporary fitted kitchen with dining area; and a beautiful modern bathroom. Hill House Cottage is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the local shops, and within reach of the many attractions nearby including Wincanton, Wookey Hole, Wells and Cheddar Gorge. This cottage makes a wonderful touring base from which to explore this stunning part of England.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The property was lovely, more spacious than expected. There were great high ceilings in the living room and it was decorated to a high standard throughout.
