Set entirely across the ground floor with one king-size bedroom, and a family bedroom, each with en-suite facilities, this cottage can sleep six people (26 if booked as a group with the attached property). There's also a compact kitchen and a sitting room with sofa bed and dining area, while outside, there is a small, private lawned area along with a shared one-acre paddock with furniture. Knowles offers couples, friends and families a charming base from which to discover this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with wonderful country and coastal walks within easy reach. Note: Working sheep farm; dogs to be kept under control and children to be supervised when outside of property. Note: The owner runs a country clothing business from an adjacent barn. Note: Guests staying on the sofa bed in the sitting room will share the en-suite facilities.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
