Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, this property offers spacious, open plan living with outstanding views over Saunton Sands from the bedrooms, kitchen and stylish sitting room. The apartment is within easy reach of many excellent, Blue Flag awarded beaches and numerous watersports facilities. Walkers are also well catered for throughout this beautiful region, with plenty of trails and footpaths running close by.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Designated off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Due to 4th floor balcony, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Property accessed by stairs or lift from front ground floor entrance.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,This is the second time we have stayed at this property and. once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. (This apartment is so lovely and comfortable that we could live in it permanently!) The cottage is extremely well furnished and the kitchen provides everything you could require! The best part was sitting looking out to sea from morning til' night. Amazing views.
