This ground floor holiday apartment is set within two wings of the Knapp House estate on the edge of the village of East Anstey, close to the town of Dulverton and sleeps two people in one bedroom. Stapledon Lodge is a ground floor apartment set near to the village of East Anstey, four miles from Dulverton in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has one king size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area as well as a shared utility room. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car, a private terrace with furniture and shared grounds with pond. In a group with four other apartments, Stapledon Lodge is a perfect romantic base for exploring this part of Devon.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel for stove available at a small charge. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Private terrace with furniture. Shared extensive mature grounds with summer house, large unfenced pond, picnic tables and deckchairs. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Breakfast boxes, and organic veg and salad boxes available on request and at an additional charge. Note: Large unfenced pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The apartment was modern and very well furnished, and the gardens were idyllic. The owners were very welcoming. A perfect spot to tour Devon. We returned home refreshed and relaxed.
