All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with shower cubicle, basin & WC. Open plan living area with compact fitted kitchen, dining area & sitting area with woodburning stove in large inglenook fireplace. Covered veranda.

The small town of Sheldon nestles on the edge of the Blackdown Hills in Devon. The Log Cabin is situated in the grounds of the owner's trout farm. As its name suggests, it is a log cabin, made from pine and it offers accommodation for up to 4 people. The bedrooms and living accommodation are all spread out across one level and the living area has been designed in an open-plan style, comprising a kitchen, dining area and living area that has its own inglenook fireplace, so that you can enjoy the benefits of this region, even in the colder months.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,A perfect setting for a great fly-fishing holiday; it was everything we could possibly want and more; a fabulous easily accessible trout lake in superb surroundings. A comfortable cabin with ample space for fishing kit under veranda, also there's a great local eatery and well equipped shop.

,The Cabin is wonderfully isolated with everything you could need for a relaxing base in a beautiful area of the country. It is rustic and the grounds of the trout farm in which it is located are fabulous, with lots of grass areas for playing, access to the woods for exploring and no ambient light for star gazing! It is close enough to the main motorway to mean getting out and about is easy. A wonderful array of books, DVD's and magazines provided plenty of evening entertainment and the outdoor furniture and BBQ meant we could indulge in "out" as much as possible for meals.
