This lovely barn conversion is near the village of North Molton in Devon and can sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The Folly, a delightful single storey barn conversion, one of a group of farm cottages set around a traditional courtyard, on the owners' 330 acre dairy working farm, in a peaceful rural location near North Molton and can sleep 4 people in one double bedroom and one twin room. The rest of the barn is compromised of a kitchen, and open plan sunny dining area and living area and family bathroom. To the outside there is shared use of an external utility, off road parking for one car and a shared patio garden with furniture, plus use of a shared play area. The Folly is a comfortable cottage for families or friends to enjoy the delights of the Devon countryside.

Oil central heating with electric coal-effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private decked area with patio, and shared patio garden with furniture, plus shared use of play area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
