This apartment sleeps three people and has two bedrooms, consisting of a double and single, along with a shower room. The apartment also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's designated off road parking for one car, a shared terrace with furniture and shared use of grounds. There's many activities and attractions within reach making Beachglass an ideal base or a couple or small family.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off road parking for 1 car. Shared terrace with furniture and shared use of grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 8 mins walk. Note: Due to terrace and slopes and drops in grounds, children to be supervised. Note: The property is reached via a short uphill walk from the car park through the terraced gardens, may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: No children under 12.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
