On the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen and dining area, and a separate living room with woodburner. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for one car, and a courtyard to the front of the cottage with furniture. St. Leven is ideally based for any group looking to spend some time by the Devon coast.

Front courtyard garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: This property is not suitable for wheelchair users due to it being situated on a steep hill. Note - If you require the washing machine then please contact the owner 48 hours before your arrival.

Property Feedback:The cottage was cosy. We climbed to the top of Torrs and Hillsborough and the views were fantastic. We found enough to do for the week without using our car. There was plenty of choice for eating out and we had a lovely week.
