Upside down accommodation. Two bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shared external laundry room.

This upside down cottage is located on a farm near to Great Torrington in Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Lundy View Cottage is an upside down cottage next to the owners' B & B near to Great Torrington in Devon. The cottage is within the grounds of the owner's smallholding and sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, one twin room and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a front garden with outdoor furniture. Set in rural Devon, yet close to the coast, Lundy View Cottage is a lovely family holiday home all year round.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in laundry room, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden at front of cottage with furniture. Shared access to gardens surrounding the farmhouse. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Very clean, comfortable accommodation. There were stunning views from the cottage and it is in peaceful surroundings. There is so much to do in North Devon, we crammed in as much as we could do! The owners were friendly without being intrusive.
