This charming cottage is amidst beautiful Devon countryside near the town of Axminster and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Little Greenhayes is situated near the town of Axminster in Devon. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one single bedroom with additional folding single bed on request, a shower room and an open plan living area consisting of a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside the cottage benefits from off road parking for one car and a rear patio garden with furniture. With beaches and stunning coastal walks close by, Little Greenhayes is an ideal base for a family holiday by the coast.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed patio garden with furniture at rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The cottage is attached to the owners' house but has a private entrance door and garden. Note: Max. 3 adults.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage was very clean and provided everything we could need during our stay. The owner was very friendly and most accommodating. The views were picturesque and the location was very quiet. There were plenty of places to visit within a short travelling distance and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I am unable to think of anything more that could have improved it.
