This cosy farm cottage near Berrynarbor sleeps two people in one bedroom. Tom's House is a welcoming cottage on the owner's 100-acre farm, near Watermouth Castle and the village of Berrynarbor. The cottage has a bedroom with a six-foot super king-size bed and sea views, as well as a bathroom with half bath, basin and WC upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is a front patio garden with sea views, and off road parking for one car. Tom's House is perfectly placed for the coastal path, local beaches and bustling towns of this part of Devon.

Eco-friendly biomass central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, DVDs, games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private front lawn with furniture alongside pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 8 mins walk. Note: Babes-in-arms and infants under 2 only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Beautiful sea views from the cottage from both the lounge and the bedroom. It was very relaxing, but also a good base for seeing local attractions. Some parts of the cottage had a Mediterranean feel e.g. the staircase. It was lovely and clean and we would definitely recommend it.
