This first floor holiday apartment is set within two wings of the Knapp House estate on the edge of the village of East Anstey, close to the town of Dulverton and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Kestrel Lodge is a first floor holiday apartment situated on the edge of the village of East Anstey, close to Dulverton in Devon. This cottage has two bedrooms consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room and a zip/link twin with en-suite shower room meaning four people can relax in comfortable surroundings. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with beams, along with a shared utility room. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and a shared grounds with unfenced pond. Set in a group with four other lodge apartments, Kestrel Lodge is the perfect holiday home for visiting the Exmoor National Park.

Eco-friendly biomass heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared extensive mature grounds with large unfenced pond, picnic tables and deckchairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Part of the kitchen has a sloping ceiling with some limited headroom. Note: Property accessed via 15 external, shallow wooden stairs. Note: Children over 8 years and babes-in-arms only. Note: Breakfast boxes, and organic veg and salad boxes available on request and at an additional charge. Note: Large unfenced pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
