This lovely, three-storey detached holiday home, two miles from Bridgwater in Somerset, with four bedrooms accommodating up to ten people.  Jer & Mer's Place is a wonderful, detached holiday home, with views of Durleigh Reservoir, near Bridgwater in Somerset. The property is set over three floors, with countryside views from each bedroom. The bedrooms consist of two double bedrooms on the first floor, including one king-size room with an en-suite shower room and panoramic views of the reservoir, as well as two single bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with two double sofa beds, a woodburner and a door leading onto the terrace. The terrace is decked at the front of the house, with views of the reservoir and countryside, a hot tub, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden at the back of the house. In a great spot for exploring Somerset, Jer & Mer's Place is the perfect base for families and friends.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and stairgate on request. Ample off road parking. Front decked terrace with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Front enclosed lawned garden. Rear lawned garden with patio. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceilings in second floor bedrooms, which are accessed via a narrow staircase. Note: Mobile reception can be intermittent.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The owner was there to greet us on our arrival. The property was absolutely stunning with great views and a fabulous enclosed garden topped of with a hot tub on the decking. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A real home from home. There is plenty of room for everyone to share the house very comfortably. The property is in a great location.
