It can sleep two people in one ground floor double bedroom and a ground floor shower room, and there is also an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area on the first floor. Outside, soak up the fresh country air on your private patio, with shared access to the owners' garden also available, and off road parking for one car. Duck Cottage at Old Mill House is a wonderful getaway for couples exploring the Devonshire countryside, all year round.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was superbly equipped and comfortable, a real "home from home." The location was ideal; quiet and secluded but not isolated, with easy access to the surrounding area and attractions. The proprietors were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with plenty of suggestions about where to go and what to do. This is a cottage we would like to visit again.

,The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful from the outset. The cottage was about as perfect as it is possible to be with all equipment being of the highest quality as well as plentiful. The immediate surroundings are delightful. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday cottage.
