This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, which are made up of a twin and a king-size double with a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with an external utility, a sitting room with dining area and woodburner and conservatory. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and enclosed front and rear lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Set in stunning countryside, 2 James Week is a fantastic place to enjoy a great holiday at any time of the year.

Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front and rear lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There are steep stairs to the first floor. Note: Aromatherapy sessions available in the comfort of 2 James Week, bookable in advance at additional cost. Note: This property has large gardens front and back.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
