This modern, semi-detached holiday home, situated beside the owner's home, on the outskirts of Bradninch in Devon, can accommodate four people in two bedrooms.  Broad Ash Lodge is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home, situated beside the owner's home on the outskirts of Bradninch, in the Culm Valley, Devon. The property is set over lower and upper ground floors, with a king-size double bedrooms and a double room, plus a family bathroom. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off road parking for one car. With many footpaths nearby and a traditional village pub a short walk away, Broad Ash Lodge is a great base for exploring rural Devonshire life.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Supermarket deliveries can be received by prior arrangement.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Everything was perfect. The Lodge is recently built and very well presented in all ways. It was well decorated with good quality furnishings, lots of local information and was generally very welcoming. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location could not be faulted, set as it is in the wonderful rolling Devon countryside in the beautiful and historic village of Bradninch. Ideal for a holiday in a quiet location with access to the traditional holiday attractions of Devon.
