This attractive, self-contained wing of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse property, can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms.  Hazel Barn is a delightful wing of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse, forming part of a group of properties positioned around a traditional cobbled courtyard. There are five bedrooms, including a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, along with a double bedroom with an en-suite and a first floor bathroom. The living accommodation includes a kitchen with a feature AGA, a double-oven and a dining area, along with a separate sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is a shared utility room, a shared games room with table tennis, a pool table, table football and air hockey. Also outside you'll find a private, enclosed garden, plus six acres of shared grounds including a play area with bouncy castle (weather permitting), a trampoline, swings and slides. Hazel Barn is the perfect cottage for all the family!

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings at Hazel Barn. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Catered for the rainy days with a well equipped indoor games room. Also an outdoor play area came in handy to keep the children occupied. Lovely to be able to have a log fire in the lounge.
